headphone/speaker connection

I have only 1 place in the back of my PC to connect either headphones or speakers. Since I have both, it's been inconvenient to keep plugging in one or the other.

Is there some way to connect both a headphone and the speakers at the same time?

probably not without buying a good soundcard...m-audio, presonus, emu...etc.
