headphone cable

so, im finishing up my studio, just doing all of the electric right now before drywall, i have wired all my mic cables in-wall, but i need to be able to send a headphone into my iso room. What kind of cable will i use for this. Also, all of my head phones have stereo ends, so is that trs, or trrs, or ts wall plugs.

Headphones are TRS plugs & jacks. The cable is the same as mic cable (2 conductor + shield).

can i use 4 conductor, with 2 wired to each point?

That's sort of a personal question, I guess. If you need to buy more cable, then I would say no, because sound quality isn't too important on monitor headphones, but if you've got 4 conductor laying around, sure, go ahead.
