hd24 login FOR COMPUTER

Im trying to get this thing set up!! Im transfering files from my hd24 alesis to computer brower to then move to sonar.My problem when I try to sign on,Iget a "530 not logged in" like message. It seems I dont have the login and pasword setup in the computer correct.In have it setup on the alesis hd24.Any help??Im using windows XP.

What program are you using to FTP? If it is IE try a dedicated FTP program. I had to use something else beside IE.
