As far as an outhouse, er, outboard effect, I would try a filter of some kind to kind of thin the fart out. You don't want that farty tone so up front and in your face.

Butt ass (snick) far as compression, I would vote no. I think you're really going to want more of a roomy feel to really let that fart breathe and ring.

An overly compressed fart is so one dimensional!
