This could be a good song, but it's very difficult to asses coz you need to spend a little more time tuning the guitar which has a promising tone, as does your voice!
sorry to be the bearer of bad news,but it's the ONE thing that REALLY sticks out as soon as I listen & affects the whole experience!

Ditto on the guitar tuning.
The guitar is a little on the thin side. Not much low end.
The reverb on the vocal is fairly heavy and the guitar is kind of dry. I'd take the reverb off of the vocal.
