What do you guys think about harmonizers or auto tuners for vocals?

I know too much processing makes it garbage. I was looking into getting the Antares Auto Tune 4 any one have any experience with it?
Is it pretty easy to use?

Apprecaite it :)

It's easy if you know the rudiments of chord theory and some basic music theory, like what key a song is in.

If you haven't studied that stuff already and you just buy it hoping it will have some of that knowledge built in you're almost guaranteed to make a big mess out of anything you try it on.

.

Thanks. I know all about chords and music theory. I am not hoping for a miracle or anything like that i know how to sing a little bit (not the best singer in the world thats why i need a little help to get me on key). I was asking about the use is it pretty simple to navigate thru it and if it actually works?

Just tune in top 40 radio and you'll hear it on almost every song.

And yes, it's easy to navigate and to use provided, as with any software, you read the manual.

Lol about the top 40 radio.

What do you think about Antares Auto Tune or the Melodyne? Basically just using for vocals
