it's common for me to shorten bars while I'm singing (and no drummer) becouse I'm more usto playing guitar than singing I focus more on singing than playing the guiatar, there fore I make mistakes like that.

and Z32 I would agree with you, but you should wach him live, he gives tremendous power, alot more than alot (all) pop artist, and even more than some metal artists, but indeed, some of his skills are blown a bit out of perportion. (thanks to rolling stone's magazine which has nirvana as one of the top 20 (if not 10) guitarists of all time.
