Handheld Digital Multi-Track Recorders

Has anyone had any experience with either of the two devices below? If so, what are your thoughts about it/them?

I'm looking for a digital recorder I can carry around with me, with multi-track recording capability for overdubbing multiple vocal harmonies.

This way, in-between recording sessions, I can continue to work on my current songs, while at the same time capturing new ideas too complex for a normal recorder.

If anyone knows of any other handheld multi-track recorders (especially ones with more than 4 tracks), please let me know, thanks!

I'm looking at the H4 right now as a small field recorder/idea recorder. Seems to be well built and I've been impressed by the results I got when I tested one.

Did you end up purchasing that unit? If so, what did/do you think of it?
