I've been using REAPER for a while, but only for "Massacring" the stereo mixes of my tunes that I do outside of the computer.
But, I think I'm finally going to take the plunge and start bringing all my tracks into REAPER and mixing my tunes in there. I'm actually pretty excited about it.

Until now, I was either limited to using my Alesis micro-verb as my only reverb, or I had to bring a track into REAPER, process it, and bring it back into my TASCAM, which is not only time consuming, but it also never allowed me to hear what I was doing to a track in the context of the whole mix....so, anyway, I was limited.
So, I was playing with a drum track that I was hoping I could save ("save" as in "salvage"
) in REAPER, and I wanted to group my 2 individual overhead tracks. I know how I can easily group them together by highlighting both of them. But this only allows me to group the volume, panning, polarity, etc....But I still had to insert separate EQ's into each track. It doesn't slave the effects from one track to the other.
Are my only options:
1) Use SEND effects only. (I've never thought of an EQ as a SEND effect).
2) Render the 2 mono tracks into one stereo track and then apply effects.
Any way to leave them mono but group them so that they do EVERYTHING together???
