Oh yeah we're closer. I am planning to send a "mass E-mail" this week end. Every day there are new additions the E-list. Remember Quantity brings the cost down.

I am just curious, but on the test E-mail, were all the E-dresses exposed? I am asking because it's my desire to keep all of your E-dresses private.

I printed the email to get an idea of the number of people involved, and yes on the printed email the full address is shown.

chance, send the email to yourself, and the put all the addresses in the BCC field. that way no one will see them.

when composing an email you've got 3 fields: To:, CC:, and BCC:

To: is the main recipients of the email. any addresses in here WILL be displayed on the email. CC: is a carbon copy. BCC: is a blind carbon copy which means the addresses on here will recieve the email but their addresses wont be displayed on the email.

example:

I don't understand

in the To: section, put your own email address. There is a subsection labelled CC: and BCC: (carbon copy and blind carbon copy) CC: would be where you add additional contacts to send the same email to and BCC would be where you add additional contacts so that everyone else can't see the addresses.

Where I work, it is common practice to BCC supervisors and whatnot in peer to peer email when dealing with a sensitive matter. To cover your ass, without having the appearance of being "that guy" by copying a higherup to the email.

*edit*Dammit man, you're too quick!** lol

OK I will have to check that out. I use Outlook Express. What I did was to combine all the E-dresses into a group and when I send, I just send to the group.
Maybe I'll try another "TEST" this afternoon. (or night, if this singer doesn't nail his parts)

Hey chance, your "test 2" to undisclosed recipients (hidden email adds') worked. :D

chance, i, personally, can commit to one acmp73 and two acmp81s. most likely i will have a huge order for everyone i work with similar to my mic order in the last GB. i would imagine you can count on 10-20 units from me. i will send the specs out to my coworkers today and get an idea of who wants what.

I can go for at least one, maybe two, ACMP81's. Those EQ's look fun...

Chance - besides the pre's, are you going to ask for good-faith preorders for the new mics also? If so, are you going to give us a price estimate (and specs) for each model?

I'd be in for 2 of the 73's and two of the 81's. (And I know you're already confident on the mic quantities, but I'd be in for one each of the models you listed in the test e-mail as well--3, 310, 583 & 6802. Should've bought more the first time around!)

should I have gotten a new test email??? I didnt .....I got the first one, but not the second....

and can someone post the pictures of each model along with the model number? Im getting confused somewhere....

I'm hearin ya! :o
here's my theory:

top: ACMP84
middle: ACMP81
bottom: ACMP73

(and if I'm wrong, somebody say sumpn and I'll edit this post)

oh, and I got both test emails -- I'm going for two 81s.

On this last test-mail, I got a delivery failure from "shadycreekoutlaws", "vms040", and "risidirectnic" Anyone recognize these partial E-dresses
