Agreed

I think from that pic it is an L-50 w/ a sanded top and a new white pickgaurd. Need to enhance that photo so we can see the logo on the headstock....

Not sure about the song, but it was the guitar he used live at the Grammy's...

I just noticed you can see the Digitech Whammy pedal that Buck62 mentioned in that photo as well...

It's as if the all the cosmic forces are aligning themselves into one giant.......

nevermind.

If you go here http://www.vh1.com/artists/az/white_stripes/artist.jhtml and click on "Browse All The white Stripes Photos" there's a pretty good shot of Jack with guitar at the 2004 Grammys.

Is that the only guitar he played, 'cause I could've sworn I saw him with one that had a (Fenderish-looking) Gibson headstock with six in-line tuners like on a Non-Reverse Firebird (just the headstock that is, not the body)... maybe I'm just going senile

Never mind, it's all coming back now... what I'm thinking of was Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters performing with Chick Corea. That was a pretty cool looking guitar too!

Cool

Best pics of that guitar I have seen yet, still need some enhancement to make out the logo. Nice pics of Meg as well, I find her hot in an anemic sort of way....

Ran the photos into photoshop, still not much resolution but it looks like an L-50. The dot inlays are different than my '42. I'd put it between '46 and '52.

Seven Nation Army. ;)

The guitar looks like one of those old ronchy guitars from the 70's... Harmony? It sounds ronchy too.
