hello people!
I just really wanna know which way is the best way to record my drums (Mapex really basic ones)

Interface : Line 6 UX2 (2 INPUTES XLR PHANTOM POWER FOR BOTH)
Drums:Basic (3 toms(high.mid. and floor, bass ,snare ,hi hat. crash .cymbal)
budget:400-600 dollars.
room:Old house ,got an option for a room made of blocks and a room made lightly kind wood.(old house kind of)

my idea is to find two good mics,or one specially good mic ...
Or do the percussion part for my songs with any acoustic percussion instrument(Like Cojan,or and of those rattles thing cant .you know..)
