This is probably the most discussed topic on this forum, and I'm sure everyone's sick to death of answering it, but I'm new, so I'll tell you exactly what all the far more knowledgable folks around here would tell you:
Marshall MXL 603s -- $150/pair
Oktava MC-012 -- $100-$200/pair
Rode NT5 -- $300/pair
They're all good, it seems. People have their preferences, of course, and it might help to know what kind of music you'll be recording, but any of those will serve you just fine.

For drum overheads, I think the Oktava MK012 aka MC012 are the best in this price bracket. And, really, it's about as good as it gets until your into the $400 and up per mic small condensers.
