Good Home Recording Techniques DvD's??

Hi

I was wondering if any recording, mixing, mastering or software tutorial type dvd's came recomended by any of you. Preferably on european region 2.

I have dyslexia you see, so I find although I do have quite a few books, I absorb the information better in video format, as I'm sure many others out there do.

woops I didn't see the last bit of the post abhout dyslexia.. I am dyslexic though and don't find the books to bad, if you have a mixer then that qwill be your visual referebnce...

I tried a couple different dvd's and would say the ones
I looked at were a complete waste of money.
