What up CK- in my opinion this beat dosen't "BEAT" enough for me. The sounds that you put together are nice but it just seems to lack that BANG... it's cool though..

yea i agree i thought it was gonna hit harder than that good job though

alright I added sum stuff to it...take a look at it and tell me if its better now

I like your stuff a lot man. As far as how its hitting that can be fixed by remixing.Maybe a lil less hi hats or some that have more life .They are fine the way they are but try it out.

yo what up wit ya beats . . . bein . . . "free" - whats teh deal? i would love to spit on em -

and that gone wit da wind joint is hot - but too low

gully i believe that the beats being free is a great way for the man to get his beats out there and have artists sayin "yo where u get that beat" and then he gonna build a clientel base and then turn em from free to a g

Nice work Crazy Keys. That flute that came in was nice. I think you should use the flutes more then the synth. It makes you listen more... In terms of the bends, the keys is to make it not sound digital. Might just take a LITTLE of at points.

String stabs would really bring this beat up. Make a 3 octave string stab like every 8 bars or so...

On this beat, I think the driving part are the drums. More percusive like tams, and shakers will drive this song. Not so much with a bunch of instruments. the string is you main melody so you want all the other instruments to follow the string and not take over at parts.

Also, you can add a LOW sine bass under the kick to add body. You may not hear it on some speakers, but in the club it will dump. If you listen to some Scott Storch tracks and really listen for that low bass line, you'll know what I mean...

Try to sign up for the "Producer of the week." You got nice stuff... :D
