Put that crack pipe to use, and everything will sound great. It'll save you a bundle on plug-ins.

I've heard that la-3a plug it sounds great my boss is still raving about it it! He got to beta test it! Theres a channel strip from neve that should be out soon also.

I haven't flipped out over the Neve stuff, I bought the 33609 but not the EQs. Ergonomically I think the Neve stuff is a bit of a disaster. I like the LA_A style, two knobs and go! And I'm a sucker for a compressor, I collect those like crazy, but I rely pretty much on two EQs. Although I did buy the Helios on a lark, it just sounded too groovy and I had the free vouchers to pay for it.

But I didn't know there was the LA3A coming down the pike! Now I only have $4 in my UA account! I will have to get some actual audio work to justify this purchase!

To those who haven't tried the UA stuff, I'm like Barney when he won the truck of Duff beer . . . just hook it up to my veins!
