getting songs from harddisk to internet?

soon i will own a korg d1600 and i was wondering what are the best means to get the music on the web. should i master to disc then stick the cd in the computer,or is there a cord that will hook the korg to the computer,or is there something else? thanks in advance to anyone who lights my way goodluck
