I was thinking more along the lines of someone putting a recording of just an acoustic guitar up with the mic with no editing maybe an eq and then i could hear it.. i've heard the blue bird in person and on recordings..

and monitors.. i was thinkinh krk rokits 5? are those too mediocre?

No a lot of people like them there is also the Yamaha HS50m.

Also, the SP B-1 is a very versatile and inexpensive mic. I'd grab two and call it a day.

What mic? sorry and yeah which behringer truths? there are those 100 for one behringers which look like the rockits that have good reviews but im still unsure about..
