Would this work for 21st century sad ass games???

It's too good for those sad ass games! Just kidding... :p It would fit in fine with some of the games - just not the Doom or Duke Nuke 'em type. Maybe more a Mario Bros type game. Cool tune.....
 
Actually, kind of cool sounding. Would work in something a bit scary, but not the blood and guts type.
 
It sounds like you just mashed a bunch of random keys. Game Boy games have a little more order to their tunes.
