Here's what I'd like to do (I'm using Cubase SX3) - I have an RME multiface w/ 8 analog IN/OUTS & 8 more digital IN/OUTS (all available to me) - I'm setting up output busses for headphone mixes & using them as sends on each audio track - then I can create seperate mixes to please everyone who may need to be listening. I get stuck when my vocalist is asking for reverb in her headphone mix - I cannot find a way to simply add reverb to ONLY her vocal in her mix (without effecting the main mix & the mix of everyone else) . . . . any ideas?

Don't send the original vocal track to her headphone mix. Instead, make a copy of the vocal track, add reverb, and route it to her headphone mix bus. Leave the original (dry) vocal track routed to the other headphone mix bus's.

In case you don't know how to duplicate a track, right click the vocal track and select 'Duplicate Track'.
