They (BLUE) will introduce the OmniMouse, an omni-directional version of their popular Mouse mic at the convention on October 7-10

If the The omniMouse which will be presented by BLUE looks like the one in pictures:

1)Prototype of Omni mouse was designed and manufactured by JZ in 1999.

2)Mass production never started because there was no demand for it.

3)Inner parts are taken from omni lollipops

No one from "defendants" have not received any official documentation from The Los Angeles Superior Court about any legal process against them.

What's the story with Avelat closing out the Violet mics? Why aren't these available anymore? And what happened to the Avelat site?
