Overall it's in good condition. It has one dent in the top grill (pictured), but other than that, it's in near mint condition. Sounds perfect. Foam is in good condition. Comes with mic clip as pictured.

$275 shipped.

That is a really good deal on that mic. I've used mine on many things. It's my absolute favorite kick drum mic. An AKG D12/Beta 52 slayer.
 
Yep - it's one of my favorite kick drum mics. Works really well on shrill/brighter voices, too.
