I'm selling my babies!
All components in this set-up are in great condition and work perfectly.

Included in this system are:

Tascam TSR8 8-track reel to reel recorder. Great machine, no issues.
All manuals included.

Allen Heath MixWizard 24:8:2 dedicated 8-track mixer. Made in England.
Sounds wonderful. Specifically engineered for 8-track recording. Includes
manual.

QuikLok mounting, rolling stand for TSR8....with new rack ears.

Mounting stand/console for Allen Heath mixer.

Two color-coded 8-line Hosa snake/cables for hooking up recorder
to the mixer.

3 hardly used 10.5" Quantegy 456 GrandMaster tapes (1-3 passes depending
on what portion of tape). Also one much used, but still good, 10.5" Quantegy
456 tape and a few extra metal and plastic take up reels.

A JL Cooper pps-2 Synchronizer. This enables you to sync up the tape
deck with various digital sources, like a drum machine. With operators
manual.

Roland SRV-3030 outboard reverb unit (no card). Great reverb, with manual. Good shape,
can send pictures.

One bulk tape eraser. (Which I won't use on tapes...since I don't really
know how.)

I think this gives a big, beautiful sound. You may want to (google) read up on
this particular Allen Heath board....it's really a wonderful unit, as is the TSR8.
THIS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICK-UP.....I won't be shipping these
puppies. They're worth a drive though. Come by and run them thru their paces.
I live 35 miles south of Erie PA in Conneautville just across the Ohio line.
They're worth a drive and, I think, worth the $1,400 I'm asking.
Can provide more pix to your e-mail address. Thanks for lookin'. Kenton

As someone who mixes with an Allen & Heath Mixwizard 14:4:2 and a TSR-8, this add made me poke my head in the studio to make sure nothing was missing! Great setup at a killer price.

lol Yeah, thanks holmes. This combo do sound good, don't it? I haven't done much home-recording the past couple years. Still got a couple digital formats I can use if I need to, but they still don't compare to the sound of tape and hands-on mixer with outboards in a rack.....IMHO. Been focusing on live performance lately and hope to record in an outside studio, with more tracks. I admit it, I need help....other ears and fingers helpin' out. It would be a studio that uses 2" tape.....guess Im'a die-hard.
all the best man, Kenton

Just noticed....that should be Allen Heath MixWizard 20:8:2 ...not 24. Kenton
