from where i start

Hello my name is M.Abdelhak and i'm student at University, i study Electronic Engineering, I love so much music and i want to be an expert of Sound, so i decoded to start learning Audio Engineering, but i didn't find some good cources from the beginning, i want to know how i structure my learning program and from where i can begin.
