From TASCAM to ABLETON

Hello, I am trying to edit the recorded channel that I have done in my TASCAM D24 in ABLETON, but when i simple copied the files into ABLETON, they do not match!
I have tried taking out the WARP funtion in ABLETON but still does not match every channel.

Do you know what I should do?
 
You say "channel" but you also say "files" that don't match. Are you talking about several tracks imported into Live? If so, are you sure that the beginning of each track is lined up in the Arrangement view? Next, make sure the global BPM is set to what it should be (i.e. the same as the tracks you're importing). Go into each track (double-click the clip title) and click the Warp button to unwarp it (or warp it then unwarp it). If they were warped, the BPM shown in the clip should change to the global BPM and they should play in sync.

Notes:
1) Changing the warp settings in the Preferences won't affect any clips that are already warped. Or unwarped.
2) There's a dedicated Ableton forum here, where you might get a better response.
