I'd prefer not showing that I sleep in my homestudio

!
I bet you're sayin that because of the 6176. That was my last investment and actually "Pull the trigger" is the first song I recorded with that unit, all the previous ones have been recorded through the Mindprint Envoice. I wanted something better and instead of loosing money upgrading every year I wanted the "best".
What's next on my to-buy list ? So many thing:
- a new mic (maybe a AKG 414XLII)
- an expander when I play with my band (maybe
a Yamaha Motif Rack)
-
A Fender Telecaster US Standard
But first I have to eat noodles for 2 years to pay my 6176
Thanks mate for having listened

Yeah Pulp was just an incredible band. I went especially to England many years ago to see them during the Reading Festival: it was magic!
When I was a kid my parents were not listening to stupid french music like other people do (I'm sorry, I just hate french music) but bands like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, The Doors, The Who, Led Zep, etc. and that's the reason I think I'm such in pop/rock.
Concerning the Lag acoustic. I'm really lucky cause it is a very special hand-made limited edition. I fell in love with that guitar when I was 18 and it still my favourite guitar at home !

Thanks a lot, that's cool if you understood the lyrics despite my french touch

No offense of course. I do think that English sounds better for music than French (even if I I love my language). That's cool that you like accent. Just for the story, I heard that Nigel Godrich (producer of Travis, Radiohead, Paul McCartney, etc.) told "AIR" (a famous french band) not to try to loose their french accent cause it was the charm of their music.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your words of encouragement !!
Merci beaucoup monsieur

Thank you dude!!!!
Concerning the two guitars... I wanted to put a chorus on the guitar and I finaly prefered to add another track to give more presence, I was quite happy with that

!
Concerning the level... yeah actually you put your finger on something interesting cause I haave to admit that it was quite hard to mix this song because of the crescendos. If I put to much compression I kind of decrease the difference of energy between parts of the song but if I don't compress enough then the level is too low during calm part.
Maybe I will do a new mix later

!
Thanks a lot for your great comments!
