Free plugins?

I'm pretty new to Cubase but I was wondering if there is anywhere to download free or shareware plug ins, synths, pianos, reverbs etc legally?

Erm, could you recommend a free reverb from that list? One that you consider to be better than Reverb A and Reverb B from Cubase SX?
