Hi,
is there any sites can give the basic information needed to learn playing on Guitar?!?

I'm not sure about 'sites', but there are tons of good beginners books out there, all you really need, if you don't have a clue, learn to hold guitar properly, learn a few chords, and then the most important step, practice, practice, and more ................................you guessed it, practice......
If you can find any videos of bands you would like to emulate, get to a part of the video that shows a players hands on the neck of a guitar, freeze the tape, and study the position of the hands..... this and a lot of ............................................practice, practice, .........................................................and..................................more........... you guessed it, more practice.......
I think there is a program ( software) of guitar instruction, but I can't think of the name of it right now... if I do, I'll post it here at a later date....
Oh, and I almost forgot this part, which all serious guitar players have to put up with............ when you are first learning how to play, be prepared to have very sore fingers at first, until you build up some callouses on your finger-tips...... yes, we all go thru the pain, it's part of the whole process.....

But remember that millions of people have learned to play the guitar without the Internet. All I can recommend is listen, listen, listen and play, play, play. Listen to what you like, and listen often. Play what you like and play often. Play everyday, for an hour or so. Set some goals, maybe to master one tune. Before long you'll be amazing yourself, and you're the only one that matters in this whole endeavor.
