Fostex PM0.5 Powered Monitors

Hey Everyone,

Has anyone heard these monitors in action? I am going to be looking for a pair of budget monitors sometime in the near future. I mostly record solo acoustic guitar and acoustic string band music.

I'm ressurrecting this thread as I'm also looking at these monitors but I can't find a review anywhere. Anyone checked these out/have an opinion since Anton's original post?

Now im bringing it back, Has anyone got them now? Im interested in them.
 
I have a pair. Got them with the VF160 bundle from Musicians Friend. I like them. I don't ever get to use them because i can't make ANY noise at all, but they sound pretty good to me.
My space isn't treated. It's an upstairs loft that is open to a hallway, stairwell and foyer. Doesn't matter 'cause I can't turn the bastards on any way.
Hell, they've been in the closet for over a year. Some day.....some day!
