Flashback to the 80's!

I was scared I would really hate this, because I hate almost everything I remember about 80's music. But I loved Prince and the sound he created. This is very cool. Prince would be proud. I'd love to hear some vocals on this. Thanx for the flashback. Cool groove.
 
Thanks!! I was aimin for the prince sound. I always liked his stuff because he is different. A little "TOO" different sometimes, but his music it tight!
 
man, thats sounds just like some top-40 80's music. i grew up in the 80's, so i unfortunately remember lots of that stuff. :p

now, what did i do with those parachute pants? :p

LOL!!!! I didn't even think of that. I only got to live through half of the eighties and i don't remember a thing.

I'm glad you posted here dogman. I gotta tell you something. I was at work checking the posts on homerec while i was on break. Right when one of my co-workers was about to walk by, your avatar was conveniently "bouncing" on the screen. You should have seen me scrambling to click the x. That avatar is starting to freak me out man! :D

I liked it....unfortunatly I do remember the 80's, some of the 70's and about half of the 60's.....parts of the 90's are a little fuzzy. Good work, very tight, if I had any money I'd buy it!!!
 
I recall from about 60 through to now.
It is very Prince, Time, Lisa & maree etc - Sheena easton & That percussion girlie as well as Vanity would all give their G strings for thsi then. Nice 'ommage Tone.
Oh, good recording & playing too.
Carefull though mate, balloon/loon pants & Duran Duran are just not so far away.
