Hey ausrock, from what I've seen on the Aussie animal shows, those ants are the least of your problems.....I mean, holy moly! Poison snakes up the ying yang, crocks, spiders from hell....and John lives out in the Rain forest.....whoooooa! and I thought my local was the critter heaven......ha! Worst thing I got is a racoon!:D

Ric - I assume ausrock has the green jumping ants that sting like hell - whoa! when there's 10 on your leg you fucking know about it!!

This one is the dark orangey brown variety but they all have the same aggresive attitude and bite.
