First recording on my new projectmix i/o

Hey everyone so I just upgraded from an mbox 2 and got a projectmix i/o and i had a band come in to record yesterday, not the most talented band so ignore their musical and timing errors but i am just looking for some feedback on the recording quality and mixing of the song. This is the first time ive ever had every drum on an individual track to mix and everything so any feedback would be awesome

also if you notice during the first break in drums in the song, there is some cracking, its on the guitar track and i cant figure out any way to get it to go away, if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Its right around 28 seconds in

I don't hear any cracking in the guitar (using headphones).


You've got the recording thing down. Sounds very professional to me. The drums are great. Love the way you distributed them. The guitars need to be spread out more, but it sounds like only one anyway.

ahh well the crackling is definitely there, i listened on headphones, and monitors and in my car, its not huge but its definitely there and there is only one guitar in this song btw
