If I posted this in the wrong forum please let me know. Im still new here. and new at recording, and playing, and singing lol...
I posted a while back that I bought one of these. I finaly got together with my brother and we did one song. Would love some feedback.
Little backround.
we are not pros, Im not even that good of a musuician.lol but here goes
Just the zoom h4n onboard mics were used,
a cheap epiphone guitar
a nice keyboard (my brother's) mic'd from the amp
a fender strat also mic'd from the amp.
No instruments were plugged directly in the little recorder. (although I later learned you can do that
My vocals were sung right into the recorder as well.
all tracks were done separate and then mixed with audacity. It does'nt sound professional at all, but I would love some feedback. As we had a great time doing it and we plan on doing more.
Also my first time at mixing anything at all...
I put it on a youtube channel, should I post it differently next time? thanks. and sry if I broke any forum rules here, I tried to read all the stickys.
