I have a small room that is being used as an "office" where my computer is setup. Its roughly 10'Wx9'Lx9'H and i basically hear no low end. I have the KRK Rokit6 G3s and I know they can put out a decent amount of low end. I know cube rooms are the worst, but is there anything I can do to help? Adding a sub maybe?

Best guess...you're probably sitting in a null, which is a given frequency cancelling out. In this case, the wavelengths matching the dimensions of the room. Since a small room footprint can cause the listener to sit close to the middle of the room, this is where first harmonic nulls occur(I believe although I've never claimed to be an acoustics expert)

but is there anything I can do to help?
BASS TRAPS and lots of them. And or moving your listening position. Acoustics are non intuitive and in that regards, installing bass traps helps you HEAR it better, believe it or not.
