Firestudio or UA-101

I know Firestudio has more XLR's but I wouldn't be using all of them at once becasue I don't have this many mic's that, + don't do acoustic drums that often. Is there any feedback on these as far as the built in limiter on the UA?j Price range is the same...one comes bundled with Cubase LE and the other one Sonar LE. Either can be changed later. Let me know your experiences or which you would choose and why.
