Firebox issue

Ok, I just purchased the firebox..set it up...installed the drivers on xp...perfect and everything right...I run Cubase LE...it says my soundcard has been changed ran tests...did its updates...now I also bought a AKG perception 200...why wont anything record when I hit record? ..do I have something setup wrong? any help would be deeply appreciated

also I do have the phantom power on...anyone that can please help

check if you selected the input for the track in cubase LE, for example if you using mic1 then slect mic1 in cubase.
