all up in yo grill!
I finally got to use them on a recording session tonight and i was amazed. the 603s were used on a martin acoustic and i used the 67g on the vocals. i noticed a huge difference testing the behringer b1 and the 67g and i picked the 67g. it was alot cleaner even using the UB802 mixer. I'm not sure i can defend the behringer b1 anymore. i thank yall for drilling the better mics into my head. it was worth the money spent and the guys i recorded want to finish their EP with me.

Did you put them up against any other mics, other than the Behringer b1?

the sm57, mca sp1 and some old condensor that had the name scractched off. i think it was the mxl 2001

Now you need to A/B the C4's against the 603's. And, then A/B that winner with the Peluso CEMC6 mics.

For vox, maybe you could A/B the 67g with the new MXL960 tube. For $179, that seems like the bargain mic around.

Regards,
Mark

well i'd like a tube mic anyway so i'd guess i'd A/B a tube mic against a tube mic. never heard of the peluso cemc6
