I made interconnect cabels for my stereo/hi-fi-system.
Improvments in audio quality from every signal source:
Vinyl record player, CD-player etc. Much smoother and open
sound - not something you will experience everytime you try
to invest in new cables.
The idea behind these cables has its origin from Kimber cables I think, and can be used in the recording world as well - f. ex.
you can make ballanced XLR-cables.
The cables I used were found in a container - thick black
cabel that had once hung on telephone poles. You have to
open the outer plastic and then there are lots of small insulatet
wires inside for you to use. Ask `Svenska telefonbolaget`
if they have something for you - for free(!) I found a huge roll -
enough for the rest of my life.
