Feedback? Question

While trying to record midi organ during a wav playback, I get an everlasting note that grows. Is this feedback? Doesn't seem to happen when recording keyboard drums along with a wav playback. Echo is off. Keyboard doesn't have a local on/off. Searched thru the forum but can't find any leads.

Can anyone help. (Using Sonar 3.0)

Can you describe what everything is, what it's plugged into and how you have Sonar's track and midi input and output.
