Roy Budd's Get Carter soundtrack is pretty damn good. (The original, not that Stallone bullshit version)

Harry Nillson did the soundtrack for the movie "Popeye" that starred Robin Williams. An actual soundtrack with songs composed for the movie. Really entertaining stuff, and one of my all time faves.
