Far Away - remastered

Recorded 2006 but somehow found it inside a family treasure chest and remastered using the newer Waves plugins.
Feedback appreciated.

Update! I uploaded the original unmastered track for comparison.

For my technique, mastering is the main attraction which makes much of the difference and not on processing individual track.

Hell yea. Sounds better than some on the radio.
My nit : the snare should be louder during the verse.
 
It’s good - snare is off the beat a little bit - lead is buried but I imagine that was a choice - vacals at the begining don’t carry enough confidence
- still as it stands it’s great recording.
 
I couldn't hear one issue with this. If this isn't pro, even more impressive.

It's not a fair comparison - the master's so much better. But it's a great mix of a great performance of a great tune.
