can it be hookd up to reason 2.0 or adobe audition to track out beats??? im have some problems with this

Yes it can. I use my Fantom-S with reason flawlessly. I think I chose General Midi Keyboard or something like that in reason. I'd have to look when I get home. You can't track midi in adobe audition though, you'd have to record strictly audio (from my knowledge).
