Fantom noise ??

When i turn on the fantom power , i,m getting a dark noise on my headphone.
Even when i have no cable and mic put into the mr8hdcd i,m getting this noise. Who can help me about it.
It isnt the cable or mic, thats for shure.

It could be a bad connection or headphone insert is bad.. Try some De-Oxit, that will remove any carbon build up and provide a smoother connection..
