Fade-out on joined tracks

In Cubase LE I want to glue two tracks together one after the other, and apply a fade-out to the whole length. I glue them together with no join visible, then do the fade, but the fade only affects the first track leaving the second track unfaded. What's wrong?
 
Hi, make a "bounce" to that track part it will make 1 audio file with those two, and then you can make the fade out with no problems. This is the easy way.

The other way is making an automation to the track making a manual fade out, you wont need to bounce or glue the track.

Select the tracks to bounce--> go to Audio and click on Bounce Selection... that's all.
