Factory reset br 1600CD

hi good peoples ,
ive seached and cannot find the answer im need so i will ask here . i apoligise if im rehashing previous thread.

i need to know the factory reset for BR 1600CD i cant remember what it is

i think it was holding down the track 5 button and another when turning on machine ..
any help would be much appreciated

contacted Roland Australia and the techs there couldnt tell me ... so they have emailed japan..
if i get an answer i will post it here, i know there is a combination of button you can press as you power
the unit on, as i have used them before ... should have written them down but i thought they were common knowlage...
