extreme metal song

Well, that IS death Metal, not my taste of music, but regarding the mix, I lost the drums in there...they were there, then they are not...bring em up! and keep em up so we CAN hear the beat.
Again, not my style...but for Death metal....good job!

It is a genre of metal, it's called "Death Metal." Although I don't dip into this end of metal (I listen to a lot of neo-classical power metal, speed, progressive-metal, and melodic death), I still got a kick out of it. It sounds a lot like Napalm Death - Divine Death.
 
Been a while since I've listened to this kind of thing. I have to say I did enjoy it in a strange kind of way. Mix suggestions have been made, and I let them stand.
Musically, if this is what floats your boat, I say tear it up, dude.
But man, what a tiring live show, eh?

thanks for everybodys comments....i know what has to be done in terms of mixing and junk.The biggest flaw was the tracking was done kinda poorlly, i played the drum tracks, and the vocals were a mesh of about 3 takes. (this song was recorded months ago, trying to polish up a terd a bit)

That is EXTREME. I think that everything is already said about the clarity of the mix. For this type of Death Metal you are right on the money. Don't let other people get to you. Do your thing, and do it the best you can.
 
Fuckin' A! This is exactly what it should be. I totally wanted to run around in my house and break things.

On my system the vocals are buried. Kick could come out a little. Performance is overall a little loose, but fuck it, you know. I've heard way worse death metal.


Overall, it's the worst pop song I've ever heard! ;)

Vile,Disgorge,Severe Torture,origin...just some of the bands that comes to mind so.....fucking eh!


Don't let these piano players tell you how to play your music. They wouldn't know death metal even if it came up and ripped their spine out their dick.


Overall it just needs to get dug up out of the mud that its in. I couldn't feel my GUT move so more bass would definitley help.

Oh man i know, The first time I heard origin i was sure that they had a drum machine. Then I saw them fuckers live, OH MY FUCKING DEATH METAL OF DESTRUCTION GOD!!!!!!
I was blown away.

Man i saw the fetus with jungle rot and anal blast back in the day(3 years ago) fantastic bands! Got my ass whupped in the pit, them jungle rot fans don't fuck around.

HA! Good times, Good times......
