Extemely Low Playback level how do i get louder

Im running from guitar to amp(Peavey Bandit 112) then to mic to Traynor YVM Mixer (old)

then to Sound Blaster Live card I was told that with this card and cakewalk i could get good recordings there not bad but the levels are retardedly low whats the point if u cant crank your own tunes PLEASE HELP/GIVEADVICE is is my mixer,software,soundcard..... what could i buy to improve it if this is as good as my setup can sound (my comp is reallly good)
 
I mean the playback levels are low after

i record a guit track and listen to it

this sucks help
 
Have you checked the input levels in your soundcard? You should be able to crank those up a fair bit.
