Ever use a Soundcraft TS-12 Console?

I have recently seen a 36 frame Soundcraft TS-12 console modified by Jim Williams of Audio Upgrades for sale.

How much would you say it is worth nowadays?

If it looks anything like the ones at this link it should be worth at least 4 to 5 grand!

So you think 4 or 5k eh? I forgot to mention it has automation, not that I care but that might play a factor in the price.
