#2 - Don't put words in my mouth. I said that I don't know you and therefore would not take advice from you on buying gear. Is this that hard to understand? Why don't I just stop strangers on the street and ask them for advice on my next automobile purchase? I'll tell you why. Because I don't know them and therefore any advice they give me has no merit.

#3 - Rep don't mean a thing with me. I base my opinions of people on experiences, not on little green lights.

Spamboy swapped the pictures again! 5 minutes after I busted him swapping them the first time! I am not making this up people. This is too damn funny. First CreamyApples asks me "what looks cheap about the speakers?". I repond by describing what one would usually find in a flea market as book shelf speakers. Then Thunder33 comes in hear with his shit. Things heat up, the pictures get swapped too some thumbnails. Fucking Home Recording Detective discovers the swap. Spamboy swaps the pictures back to the originals. Fucking Home Recording Detective, still on the job, catches him again!

I will say this. I likes me some cheap gear. Anyone that knows me from here knows this to be true. I don't just diss cheap gear for fun.

I love my RE20. I love all my ND mics, 267, 767, 967, 457, 757, 468......I love that little golf ball mic on my guitar cab.

I let my brother have all my Shure dynamics after I tried the EV on my guitar cab, and that RE20 just comes alive when you plug it into a decent tube pre. Besides, a lot of those EV mics are made right here in Nebraska!
