Should you EQ the reverb on vocals? Just wondering what most people are doing.

Not often, but it can definitely be a good tweak to do. Shaping the midrange or pulling out some of the low end. It's not quite the same effect as doing the same by changing the low or high decay rates. Works good on snare and percussion verbs too.
I have a nice multi-purpose patch that has everything below about 1-2k shelved off and a dose of predelay. Sort of a short bright halo effect.

In my opinion, I might say "most definately". I think routing a return thru a fader to use EQ is fairly common, especially in the days of plates and reverb chambers. Nothing says you can't do other stuff to it too. Just so happens, a lot of manufacturers think they came up with a reverse reverb patch too. But compression, gating, time delay effects[additionally]....go for it. I think because many current units offer a zillion presets, people think they need to search for the 'right' one.
